Clients may cancel agreements within 48 hours of execution to receive a full refund. Requests must be submitted via email to support@landmarkfederalsolutions.com. After this period, cancellation fees may apply, up to the full amount of the service purchased. Rushed or completed services are non-refundable.
Chargebacks or payment reversals without following our cancellation procedure will be considered a breach of this agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landmark, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of this website or services, your violation of these Terms, or yourinfringement of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law
