Federal Registrations & Certifications
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Certification
Registering with the System for Award Management (SAM) is the first critical step to doing business with the U.S. government. Whether you’re pursuing contracts, grants, or federal assistance, your SAM registration ensures you’re visible, eligible, and compliant within the federal procurement system.
At Landmark Federal Solutions, we simplify the SAM registration process—making it faster, more accurate, and aligned with your broader contracting goals.
Why DBE Certification Matters
Each year, billions of dollars are funneled into DOT-funded infrastructure projects. State and local agencies are required to set DBE participation goals, creating strong demand for certified businesses like yours.
Certification helps you:
- Win exclusive subcontracting opportunities
- Fulfill prime contractor diversity requirements
- Gain visibility in official state certification directories
- Access resources and training from state and DOT programs
Key Benefits of DBE Certification
- Access to DOT-funded contracts (FHWA, FTA, FAA, and more)
- Preferred by prime contractors who must meet DBE quotas
- Inclusion in your state’s Unified Certification Program (UCP) directory
- Opportunities to join mentorship and procurement events
- Long-term financial growth through federal transportation work
