Proposal Writer (Federal Contracts)
Experience responding to RFPs/RFQs. APMP or Shipley certification preferred.
Technical Editor
Detail-oriented writers with experience editing federal proposals for clarity, grammar, and compliance.
SAM Registration Specialist
Proficient in completing and renewing SAM.gov registrations, UEI setups, and entity validations.
SBA Certifications Case Manager
Experience with WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) certification documentation and submissions.
FEMA Profile Coordinator
Knowledge of FEMA registration and federal disaster-readiness profiles is a plus.
Client Success Manager
Background in government services, compliance, or federal proposal consulting. Strong communication and follow-through required.
Market Research Analyst
Ability to analyze NAICS trends, identify upcoming opportunities, and develop strategic procurement insights.
Capture Strategy Associate
Support bid planning, past performance curation, and competitive positioning. Ideal for newcomers with research or project coordination experience.
Internships & Contract Roles
Open to students, veterans, and professionals exploring federal consulting. Great for those eager to gain real-world experience in government contracting.
